At the mercy of Nedbank

Once more members of the public"the regular guy" falls victim of big corporation!! While paying my credit card today for my monthly payment with a surplus, I did a deposit on a Nedbank ATM in Parow center which usually are so dysfunctional; It took the money but did not account for it. I was told nonchalantly by a consultant that I should walk into the branch to have it settled. Had to stand again in a long line and once attended, to be told that as it was a technical error there is nothing they could do I have to wait up to 5 working for the funds to be accounted for as they logged a ticket for it be reviewed. Setting me up for a stressful situation being unable to access my funds. Nedbank is definitely proving once more what is said out there, "one of the worse instructions to bank with"
