Assisted sale nightmare

Did an assisted sale and I'm getting no where. Called Nedbank a *** times and no one can help.

The car is sold. Money paid to Nedbank. Trying to make payment arrangements for the shortfall. No one can help.

The lady that does assisted finance is not available.

Corne Boshoff is very helpful. Give that guy a raise.

Called this morning. Same story cant get hold of Annelise. I sent Corne the payment arrangement. I hope he can send it to the correct department.

I'm done calling now, please email me once done. I have never stayed so long on a phone in my life. Can't believe I stayed half of 2020 on hold to speak to someone at Nedbank.
