Assistance would be greatly helpful.

I did a withdrawal of 50rand on a Nedbank atm with my Nedbank account and 10 Rand came out of the atm. That occurred five times. I reported the matter and no one seems to be of assistance from Nedbank. And I've got all the evidence, a video receipts from the atm and all the calls I made with them. Please help with this matter as I don't know what to do now.
