assistance needed from hello peter

hello peter .. i would like for an immediate assistance regarding negligent behavior from nedbank credit card division impacting my financial well being and credit score i made an arrangement plan would nedbank credit card division during covid as offered..the consultant that put me on the payment plan mistakenly referred it to legal division.nedbank have taken responsibility regarding there mistake and handed me a letter but this does not help as they cannot remove me from credit bureau. my financial life is taken an impact please help .. Thank you ..
