ASSISTANCE FOR OUR TITLE DEED

My father Mr WL Mesilane died in 1998, and the debt of R62000 was settled on his behalf by government in the early 2000s but we still have not received our title deed. I have been writing to them. My last communication with Nedbank to Mr Thomas Ngobeni was in May 7, 2020 until now we have not received any information. Would you please help us?
