ASSESSORS TOO BUSY TO HELP
Nedbank, please explain to me how you expect your clients to wait 3 days for an assessor to come an inspect their property after a flash flood ravished it. The damage to the property is so immense, the smell is revolting and to make matters worse, you inform them that they are not allowed to touch anything before the assessors have done their inspection, meaning that they have to stay in this havoc until you do find time in your ever so busy schedule to attend to this, what I should say is a rather urgent inspection. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. As devastating as this situation is, one can't even save the little that is left to be saved, because by the time they do decide to pitch, everything might as well be thrown to the ***s. The nature of the flash flood was so intense and disastrous, even the media made time to report on it : [URL Removed] but your lack of assistance is a true reflection of how you value your clients, especially in crisis situations like this. Your building insurance division's attitude towards their clients is revolting and should not be taken lightly.
