Asking for settlement

Hello Peter my name is Lorraine Meloreng molai i had an account wth nedband that i acknowledge that i defaulted on making payments and the account was handed to mbd of which i have been trying to contact last week to ask for settlement and all in vein i went to Nedbank in town on rustenburg the put me on phone to their legal dep and the lady gave me number and daid they cant do anything meanwhile i own the company m eorking for can Peter pls help me to get settlement quote from nedbank do i can be able to settle the accvoint on the 27 sugust 2021 the reason also is that ihave recieved a call from this Stranger not working for mbd saying she will be handling the accont nedbank will no longer handle the account l went to nedbank and enquiries they say mbd and wen i call no one answer i even choosen to ne called back and i haven't recieved ant call o even send them email no respong
