Ask Once promise compromised
During the month of August I've noticed that the interest rate on my bond increased with 1%. According to my knowledge The Reserve Bank announced an increase in the repo rate of only 0.25% on 23 July 2015.
I've contacted Nedbank Call Centre and brought the error to their attention. They promised to investigate the matter and provide feedback.
On 15 September I've logged a complaint with Nedbank as I've received NO RESPONSE on my query. In response to this, I've received an EXECUTIVE COMPLAINT-email from Karen Venter advising me that the complaint has been forwarded to the Homeloans Division. Including in this email, a promise to revert back to me as soon as possible.

I fail to understand how a query can take two months to be resolved. I also find it very disturbing that Karen Venter, the Client Liaison Consultant Client Experience, fails to respond to both my emails.

Thank you
