Ask once and maybe we'll reply accordingly, maybe!
Swiped my card a few times instead of the transactions going through for say R300, R400 and... R250 they went through for R3000, R4000 and R2500 (for example). Causing my balance on my cheque card to go deep into the negatives.

So simply emailed Nedbank \Talk to us"enquiring why this happened and if this would negatively impact my credit record. After waiting 7 weeks finally someone replies stating the obvious that the amounts were refunded"
