<p>Took out a personal loan 5 years ago. on form stipulated debit order 1st of each month.still took the money anything 23-26 of month. Re app**** in March 2016,stipulated on application please deduct premium on 1st of each month.Guess what,took premium 23 Sept 2016 !</p>
