As above.. I'm forced now to report this complaint for the last couple of 3months to the Ombudsman as I had it with Nedbank and their worthless investigation team. Hopefully I will get things going but I've suffered enough... Media will also be my option,

One of the worst banks. How the hell can my account still be suspended but their sms said 4 to 9 weeks from 11 Nov 2024. I wont recommend people to bank with Nedbank coz u can email all supportive documents, send emails and call but their service sucks big time. I've neva heard so much lies from Nedbank and still I don't know how they expect a single parent to survive while they freezing all my money.. For what. I ddnt commit any ***** or crime but continue with your investigation Nedbank.. Sies maan
