Reviewer Update
Nedbank Letter of Apology;
Dear Mr Bucher
Hope you are well, and thank you for the information provided.
On the outset, I would like to express my gratitude to you for allowing me the opportunity to intervene and redeem our relationship with you. It is always our intention to deliver service of a standard that is deemed more than acceptable and when we fail, the opportunity to repair the gap created and make right is always welcome. We value your support and we respectfully request that you do not take this as indicative of the high standard of service that we strive to maintain at all times.
The matter has been expedited to the relevant manager, and the Nedbank HR processes will be implemented and adhered to. As this is an internal process , we will unfortunately not be in a position to advise on the outcome.
Also find attached the apology letter, that was drafted by Sinaye and which his direct line manager believed he had sent to you. I was advised that Sinaye also attempted to call you in order to apologise however was unsuccessful in reaching you.
We trust that the above is in order and apologise for the inconvenience caused. In terms of the way forward, we also realize that this negative experience may have eroded your trust in Nedbank, but sincerely hope that in time we are able to put this matter behind us and look to reaffirming a positive banking relationship with you. We will proceed to close the case on our side.
Kind Regards
