Arrogant, rude, uncaring, indifferent, stupid manager

Greetings. I want some urgent action taken please. I put a complaint on Hellopeter, but got no response. I am complaining about Shireen Amranrdeva. Supposedly the manager of Nedbank Bluff branch. This rude woman is the epitome of hatred, anger, ignorance and ill will towards her clients. I WANT ACTION AGAINST HER because she said no one can do her anything and that we can complain to the highest authority. It seems like she is right because NO ONE at nedbank is doing anything despite it being 3 days of my official complaint and during this time, we suffered a job loss because of her and also a ticket which I feel should be paid by NEDBANK. Either they are *****s trying to ***** hard earned money or they are just simply stupid and ***********. And also give me a reference number for this complaint. I am outraged! Traumatised too.
