arrangements not met.

<p>I made an arrangement on my personal loan account pay a certain amount as I will not be able to give the full premium.</p> <p> </p> <p>it was arranged only to find out that they have deducted the arrangement amount plus my premium. how the hell do you get that right.</p> <p> </p> <p>all that banking fees which you cause my account to go in a negative balance I want to be corrected plus the premium taken I want back...</p> <p> </p> <p>if not I'll take legal actions with you.</p>
