Arrangement

MFC!!!!! I'm fully aware about my arrears and the fact that each time I get calls I answer that means I'm not avoiding you. What I won't allow is for my case to be assigned to ********* people that expect me to run after them. Yesterday I got a call from some gentleman regarding my vehicle and I explained my situation . He asked that I must call *****gwa which I did. When the conversation started I gave her my details and explained that I'm 2 months behind reason being I've been unemployed. She proceeded to ask why I wasn't making payments (yeeeerrr) so I guess when I say I've been unemployed then she doesn't understand that term . I then told her that I recently got employed and would like to make arrangements to start paying R7000 monthly till I nolonger owe. She said I must send proof of employment and all my details. And she was supposed to send me her details yesterday, even now I'm still waiting. As a financial institution with such matters you people are expected to be able to assist clients. Instead of wanting to reposses vehicles which can be sorted only if you gave proper advice. Can I not be bul**** cause otherwise I would have made a run a long time ago. If *****gwa can't assist please assign someone that's professional and will be able to give me proper advice.
