Argh

Hi... I've logged a complaint already to which I have no acknowledgment or response. I've called multiple time but no one is willing to assist. I've tried chat on the app, which one agent busisiwe kick out the chat and the other, waseem just kept repeating himself even though I told him what's been happening. I really don't know who will help as this is an easy yes or no type of query. The service sucks big time
