Are you making up addresses now?

HomeLoans Division: My bond account: ***701-So I emailed HomeLoans re a letter received today fm them which carries the incorrect address. My home & property is bonded to Nedbank how on earth can they address it incorrectly it now makes me question how Nedbank HomeLoans arrives at their figures!!!. All previous statements had the correct address but today reflects 100% incorrectly as 112 Denver Mans Hostel Denver 2094!!! The only thing correct there is the area code!!! Nedbank responds by telling me I have to go into my branch again (which would be the 4th time for the exact same issue which took Nedbank almost 15 moths to correct the 1st time around). What??? Why should I keep inconveniencing myself by going into the branch and repairing an error fm the side of Nedbank. Ridiculous and dangerous given the current Covid-19 pandemic. There's no excuse for this Nedbank. None!!!
