Are Nedbank serious about protecting our planet?

Nedbank are advertising/bragging about being "green". Don't chop down the forests, get electronic copies of your statements etc. They ask me for statements from a competitor, FNB, which only give me statements electronically. I send them the statements electronically & this is the reply "Kindly note credit advised me that they do not accept electronic copies". They have to be joking, have double standards, or just mouthing off about trying to protect our planet, but actually doing nothing.... Very disappointed.
