Approved and declined a day later

<p>Last Monday I app**** for a personal loan online and an agent called back and did the application with me, said I was approved for up to R100000 and that I should take my documents to the branch to finalise. Upon getting there I was advised by the consultant to take it on a credit card as that's more manageable which I then did an application for the credit card the following day and it was declined outright. At first you qualify me for R100000 and then decline me outright??? I would understand if the amount was lower but this wasn't the case. I was a private client with FNB and moved to you guys in hope of better banking clearly I was mistaken. I'm seriously considering moving away from this nonsense.</p>
