Approval to face Declined a day after

I App**** for a vehicle through S-A Cars. MFC a division of Nedbank sent my response as Approved (PS NOT PRE-APPROVED). I proceeded to take out insurance and the dealership proceeded to get the contract in place.

One day later, they sent the application back as declined. I have to pay Out Surance for a vehicle I was supposed to have.

I have both forms stating approved, and the other declined.
