APPROVAL OF BOND TAKING MORE THAN 30 DAYS

Good day. We have 3 different bank accounts with Nedbank. We have 3 million rand going into one of our accounts on a monthly basis. We app**** for a bond 30 days ago and till this date we have not received feed back from anyone. Maurice finally did his bit after practically begging him to do his job. We cannot get hold of KWASI for days now. Ned bank has no land line available to us. In the last 6 months we had 3 managers handling our account. Myrtle Van Der Merwe was the one who was initially in charge of our account. She left our account with someone else without even advising us. We emailed documents to ned bank more than 3 times for this bond. Till date we have not received a reply from Ned bank. We relocated to Cape Town in December 2014, currently paying 12 thousand rent. App**** for a bond and we are receiving no joy from Ned bank what so ever. We have basically lost the deal with the agent due to Ned bank not responding to our application quick enough. We are down to our knees begging for someone to assist us and still receiving no joy from Ned bank. CAN SOME ONE SENIOR PLEASE CALL MR NAIDOO ON *** REGARDING THIS MATTER URGENTLY.
