App**** for loan and still waiting

I app**** for a personal loan with you 29/08/2017 - i usually would get an sms same day that funds will be in my account, then the very same day in evening i would recieve the funds. please can you tell me whats the problem or delay in my application, if theres a problem, let me know, so that i can go an apply somewhere else.the reason why i app**** by you all the time for loan, is because you are quick and efficient, now i am doubting the service, i called call centre again today 31/08/2017 and its still in QA, it hasnt been assigned to anybody, i came to take loan from you because i need it for Personal Use, what i need it for they cannot hold it any longer, they have given me until tomorrow. if this was the problem, i wouldnt have taken a loan with you. i need to know today if the money will be in today, if there is a problem i need to know today so that i can go elsewhere and get the money. this is ridiculous.
