Application takes forever no feedback

How long does it really take to fet your nedbank credit card after being approved?Ive done an online application on Sunday 26 May 2019 received feedback on Monday the 27th May 2019 that application is being processed and will be intouch soon,finally got feedback after calling everyday since thursday the 30th that it was approved on Mon the 03 June 2019 after receiving no sms as promised I called once again only to find out today that yes indeed its approved but no card has been ordered as yet I mean really this is not what I expected as people speak highly of your service
