Application for a Loan

I have app**** for a loan about two weeks ago. They phoned me to say that my loan has been approved, but when I phone them to ask what the progress is there is something else that is wrong. And to top it all off, I were told that my money will be paid into my account by the 3rd February already but still nothing and also no call back with regards what the hold up is.
