Good morning I bought a vehicle at Renault Imperial Select in 2017 and I am finance by MFC , the challenge I'm experiencing now is that I don't have the settlement amount, and I want to exchange it due to it being problematic and the bank is declining my application.

why cant they finance me to the same amount as the value of the settlement and I continue with the current instalment.

I repay my account every month I don't have defaults so why cant they approve my application
