Application and agent missing in action

Good day. I app**** for a increase on my overdraft on the 10th. My application and the agent that assisted me have gone missing in action and I had to reapply on the 16th. I was advised it will be forwarded directly to Management for action, but this is not true. I was advised that it is a reapplication and is still with back office. No feedback is provided, I have to do the follow-up work.
