Appealing service and charges

I have contact my private banker to advise that my salary will be paid late due to the current pandemic. I asked that my debits get honored and as it is a delay of a day or so. Some debits went off on the 1st and some on the 2nd. Money was paid in on the 2nd. Yet no help was received. Considering I am on 50% pay cut. They are charging me unpaid debit order fees. Where is the assiatnce when u need it from the bank I have notified my banker but he refused to eve assist with reversing these ridiculous fees. Here is a bank that is not willing to help people during this crisis. I have been with Nedbank for many years and I am appalled by the service.
