APPAULING!!!!!

APPAULING SERVICE!!!ABSOLUTELY ACCEPTABLE!!!! I have waited over a week just for a person from Nedbank to confirm my identity that it is my personal profile applying for a credit raise. I app**** through the app and it has taken so long.The call centre never answers.The person who called me cant call back.My banker at the branch cant even get anywhere after I followed up with him at least 10 times as well as an escelation twice for urgent attention.
