Appalling services.

I am really disgusted by the services provided by Nedbank... I stopped a debit order beginning of this month and I was charged for that and today I was debited by the company that I requested that they stop the debit order. Call centre consultant Samkeliswe dropped the call on me and the consultant in Nedbank city view durban had a bad attitude and told me that the company can even debit if they change the reference which doesn't make sense. I need that money reversed immediately. You can charge me for a service that is not guaranteed that is bull ****. If my money isn't in my account by tomorrow I am writing to the ombudsman. The audacity to tell me that the company still have the right to debit even after I have stopped the payment and paid for that service is a disgrace.
