Appalling service NEDBANK

I am a very unhappy customer. The problem started when money was taken out of my credit card and I had to report it to the ***** line. The ***** was reported and they said they will keep me up to date as they can not reverse anything before an investigation. Now I phone this Nedbank help line and they tell me it was resolved.

How can it be resolved. I do not know anything as no one has contacted me and where is my money ?
