Appalling service from nedbank

Extremely upset with how nedbank deals with there clients. Eventho you have payment arrangements with them, they still hand you over to lawyers that doesn't have all the facts and becomes very aggressive. I had a payment arrangement for 3 months that I honored. It was said to me that normal payments would follow but now they want me to pay the large sum for the full amount owing. This was never discussed with me in the arrangement therefore I requested the recordings of the arrangement but they not giving it to me. That recordings will clarify everything. So why don't they want to honor my request,Its my right to have it, They are the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional, and liers. They don't commit to there promises and I would advise people never to deal with this **** bank ever 💯
