Appalling Service from CJ Van Wyk

Disgusting disgraceful, unprofessional card ***** call center agent, named CJ Van Wyk., used profanity when I called in to report ***** on my card. I couldn't even report the *****, because of the bad experience and he was the only person on duty. Nedbank, for all the high fees I pay for professional banking I expect a bank of your caliber to do quality checks on people you appoint at call centers. That CJ Van Wyk with his stinking attitude belongs in a brothel, not in a bank.
