Appalling service delivery

I have a home loan with Nedbank and have tried to get in contact with someone who can assist me for the last month. I have spoken to countless consultants who continue to put me through from one to the next and no one is willing to assist me. I have not had any assistance from Nedbank since day one and I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service delivery. If this is not resolved by Wednesday next week I am moving my home loan to FNB.
