Appalling service

I've recently moved to private banking thinking life would be a lil easier, to my surprise it's actually worse, you can never get a hold of the private banker allocated to you or get a hold of the branch, the contact number on Google goes to a central call center that distributes the calls to the relevant branch. As a private banker I've still had to wait over 30min. Nedbank is honestly losing the plot, after this experience I'm having second thoughts about keeping my account open, the branch manager is of no help,
