Appalling service and disgusting tactics and threats

A corporate bank account was formally closed in writing and supposedly actioned. But clearly never done as the balance was never transferred out as promised. Instead bank fees continued to be deducted until these funds were consumed. Then they send out threatening SMS’s that the account is overdrawn and that this is being handed over to legal. I have reported it many times, each time promised it will be resolved yet here we are yet again with threatening SMS’s.
