Appalling Nedbank Knysna service

This has got to be the most inefficient Nedbank branch in the country. Nobody at the Covid check counter -5 minute waitt there for a staff member to appear. No customer enquiries or card collection counter. 4th in a queue of 5 and staff push people in front of you for no apparent reason. Now 6th in the queue....40 minutes so far. Shocking poor service. Time to move to a bank that works.
