Appalling /inferior Service
Title:* Appalling Service at Nedbank Pinelands Branch
*Rating:* 1/5 stars
*Review:*
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Nedbank Pinelands branch today. As a long-standing client, I expected better.
Upon entering, I explained my purpose (PDP renewal) to the representative, a Muslim lady wearing a green scarf, cream pants.. Instead of assisting me, she:
1. Suggested, why dont you use FNB or ABSA. 2. Directed me to the ATM outside... 3. Questioned if I had the correct amount (R110) back towards while talking to me. 4. Dismissively told me to wait, then walked away. 5. Then refered me to the teller.. Then just politely continued with her personal conversation with her colleage...
Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and inferior, as if my appearance wasn't satisfactory. As a loyal customer for years... this experience was shocking.
I will never return to this branch. The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by this representative is unacceptable.
This was my 1st time at this branch but im so dissapointed and will never return again... I will rather go to Capitec with superior service always..
*Details:*
- Date: 8th November (9.30am to 10am) - Branch: Pinelands - Representative: Muslim lady with green scarf
*Recommendation:* Improve staff training on customer service and cultural sensitivity.
