Appalling customer service

Nedbank MFC is the worst car financing company you could deal with. Last month I received an SMS that my debit order would go off at an earlier date, however no debit went off. Even past my normal date, no debit order deducted.

Now this month, instead I'm arrears AND they double deduct two instalments without my consent. How is this great customer service without informing customers????
