Appalling Customer Service

I opened up a ***** case in February, it is now December and I have not received any feedback regarding the case, nor has the money been refunded to me. The customer service is appalling; there is no sense of financial security with this bank. I am disappointed as I have been using Nedbank for 6 years and have received good, efficient service in the past. I am considering switching to another bank.
