Appalling business banking service

I have been with Nedbank from 2020 at first the business banker that was assigned to me was the worst Sandri Strauss would just ignore my calls and never get back to me,she would give me attitude and never advise even on the package that was given to me. I then called H/O and asked them to change my business banker little did I know…I was then assigned Mr Kamogelo Padi time went by and I told him am paying a lot of money on banking charges he just ignored me and sent me the pay as u use fee structure I tried getting ahold of him the whole of Dec to no avail just sent me an email in Jan telling me he left for another branch, I should call zanembeko I called him but he always says he will get back to me . I currently don’t have a business bank when I call H/O they take me from pillar to post all I wanted was to change my business banking package, I even called the regional manager Casey and she said Zano would get back to me to date am still waiting. The kind of bad service am getting from Nedbank prompts me to change a bank
