Appalling appalling service!!!!

Nedbank previously had such great reviews from people in general and i was so excited to join them up until I personally experienced the most appalling services my time being wasted.

I app**** for a credit card through credit score and i had a lengthy scheduled call with one of their representative which requested for my documents and never spoke to me again via email and I had to wait, and I could not go to other banks because that would affect my credit rating.

I went to the brunch and a helpful lady assisted me and told me I would receive a text message to let me know when my card is ready for collection, I still have not heard anything except for a request from Nedbank to approve their debit order this extremely disgusting and I had to wait for a whole month and waste my time for my credit score to be affected.
