Appalled by the incompetence of such a big bank

I had a personal loan with Nedbank. I was unable to pay as I was studying , I have finally managed to put money together and paid. I am struggling to get a paid up letter. I have called the call centre more than 10 times, they keep on hanging up. May I get someone who knows what they are doing to assist me please.
