Appalled by Nedbank

I am very disappointed at the way nedbank consultant spoke to me today. I called in to make an arrangement and made a payment. I then called back and spoke to a male and asked for an arrangement letter, the consultant was absolutely rude and said I will have to wait and I said fine but please send me an email stating I made an arrangement and I've already sent proof of payment. He however didn't want to hear and spoke to me like a child,unacceptable. Maybe because I have something in arrears I'm treated that way even though he doesn't know the reason I'm in arrears. He does not take into consideration that I am still banking with you for personal and business and both accounts have regular activity. I would like an email sent to me stating I have made an arrangement by today if I can't I rather just close all my accounts.
