APPALING SERVICE

I have an NGO where i help communities and people infected and affected by HIV. In my affect to better the community i app**** for funeral cover and covered a few people that work under the organization to support them in their time of need. I opened Funeral cover in 2019 and i opened an account for the debit order to go off that particular account monthly and that was the arrangement i had with the person who assisted me with the account. I had to make sure every month there was enough funds in that account to ensure the debit order goes through and the policy does not lapse. A few months back app**** for a CLAIM since one of the beneficiaries passed and to my SUPRISE i was informed that the policy had LAPSED !!!I got upset and enquired about this and i was not just told unfortunately this is what it is..

WHAT SERVICE IS THIS ?? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU RENDER TO YOUR CLIENTS WHEN THEY REACH OUT TO YOU ?????

I REQUIRE SOMEOME TO FIX THIS HAS NOT ONLY AFFECTED THE BENEFICIARY BUT MY HEALTH ASWELL. i NEED YOU TO FIX MY ACCOUNT AND PAY OUT THE CLAIM...I INSIST THAT SOMEONE CALLS ME AND INFORM ME OF A SOLTUTION ASAP
