I thought the Nedbank App was supposed to simply our lives, but yoh the hustle of having to contact the agents everytime I need proof of purchase for my airtime purchases. The cumbersome exercise of having to revert to the old internet banking only to discover that the transactions do not reflect on that platform as well. And being told that I need to print a statement. Improve your systems please, this is so infuriating.
