App and Website Down (Can't Authorise Payment)

What happened ?????? Tried to login into my account and the app keeps kicking me out! Tried the website and also kicking me out. What is happening between 01:00 to 02:30 , I can't do anything on the app, i couldnt make a payment for gift to my wife and now i can't even authorise a payment!! &*^%$$% is happening???
