APO Payment

I have received an sms saying that my account was deducted with the APO Manual pay.

The APO is a manual deduction to settle your credit card account, however I do not have a credit card with Nedbank? I would like to know why there are deductions without my permission or any explanation for deductions? Surely you cant just take money from someones account! I don't use my account often, but if this is the case, I will have to close it! This needs to be reversed!!! ASAP!!
