APO PAYMENT

I have been debited from my savvy bundle gold account for my credit card which shouldn't be happening at all! This is really sickening, money cannot be deducted from my account without any authorisation.

I must say I am furious and disgusted in the lengths you take. Can you imagine, it's the first week of the month, you deduct money from account and leave me on a negative amount to my name in my account.

Basically one must 1) safeguard their money from their own bank 2) make sure everyone knows about Nedbank tactics. Surely if you are able to deduct such a large portion of my money without my permission or authorisation, you would have seen the balance you left in my account? Yet this did not matter. I have monthly planned expenses like everyone and you expect me to do all that with a negative balance in my account?

I am very dissapointing in Nedbank after banking with them for over 20years!!
