APO on account not reflecting on Credit account

Please explain to ne why u guys removed another R1750 off my cheque account???? I paid R3000 early into my credit card. And please advise why the R1750 is not reflecting on my credit card???? Where is my money???? please explain before I close all my accounts with u guys. I am tired of issues with Nedbank. Advise ASAP
