APO MANUAL PAYMENT/DEBIT

I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized debit of R5,771 that was deducted from my account on 29 May 2026, described as "APO Payment." R1008 was sent one the message now they deduct R 5771

I did not sign any agreement, provide any authorization, or consent to this debit order. Furthermore, no amount was ever discussed or agreed upon with me. I therefore consider this deduction to be unauthorized and request that it be investigated and reversed immediately.

This unexpected deduction has placed me in severe financial difficulty. I am a single mother, and due to this unauthorized withdrawal, I was unable to provide lunch for my children today. The impact on my family has been significant and immediate.

As far as I am aware, debit orders may only be processed where valid authorization and consent have been obtained from the account holder. I have no knowledge of this debit order and require proof of any alleged mandate or agreement authorizing the deduction.

Please treat this matter as urgent and:

1. Reverse the R5,771 debit immediately. 2. Provide me with a copy of the signed mandate or authorization re**** upon for this deduction. 3. Confirm the outcome of your investigation in writing as soon as possible. 4. I need the persons name and surname who gave permissions to debit this from my account
